I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was as described - a new building with quality design and finishes. The hotel was very clean and had a splendid sea view from the superior floors. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the water and close to Porto Montenegro. The hotel had great facilities, including a nice pool, and there was a supermarket opposite. The staff, especially the host, were very friendly and helpful. They provided fresh towels, beach towels, and even booked taxis for me. The communication with the manager via WhatsApp was fantastic. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back.

Had the whole apartment to myself, I guess they heard I like being alone. Free WiFi, because who needs human interaction when you have the internet? Convenient location to enjoy the natural beauty of Montenegro, as long as I could tear myself away from the balcony.

The only thing missing was a sign that said "Welcome to the Twilight Zone".

During my recent business trip to Tivat, my director booked us a stay at Sea Point II Apart Hotel. This choice turned out to be a great one, as the hotel offered a range of impressive features. First and foremost, the seasonal outdoor pool was a delightful amenity. Even though it closes in October, I greatly enjoyed spending some relaxation time by the pool after my long workdays. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. the hotel had excellent facilities such as a well-equipped fitness center, which allowed me to keep up with my workout routine during my stay.

There are two buildings here.

Clean, modern apartment with stunning views of water and mountains. Great pool area, often empty. Convenient location to beach club and restaurants, short walk to town. Helpful host available on WhatsApp for taxis and sightseeing tips. Smooth airport pick-up and hassle-free check-in process.

The apartment at Sea Point Apart Hotel Tivat was absolutely stunning with a terrace and breathtaking sea views. It felt like a cozy home away from home, complete with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV. I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge and an oven, making it convenient for preparing meals during my stay. It added that extra touch of comfort and convenience. The living room with a sofa was a great feature that provided a cozy spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with a view. It made me feel like I was truly living the local experience.

While some may find it enjoyable, personally, I found the view of the garden from the air-conditioned units less appealing.

The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. Plus, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility issues.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. A little more attentiveness and help with carrying bags would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.
